1. SMS messaging program

Program name: Bloma Clinic Messaging.

Program description: Bloma operates appointment-related SMS messaging on behalf of independent acupuncture and wellness clinics that use the Bloma platform. Messages include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, replies to patient inquiries received through clinic websites or web chat, missed-call follow-ups, and clinic service updates.

Brand:BLOMA LLC. Messages are sent on behalf of the Clinic you contacted (for example, Dr. Han's TCM Clinic or Wei's Acupuncture Clinic).

2. How to opt in

SMS consent is optional. It is never required to submit a form, book an appointment, or receive any service from a Clinic. Providing your phone number alone does not opt you in. You may opt in to SMS messages from a Clinic only in these ways:

• Check the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS consent checkbox on a Clinic's booking or contact form. The checkbox displays this consent language: “By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS messages from this clinic about my appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and replies to my inquiries. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” The form can be submitted without checking this box.
• Check the same optional consent checkbox when prompted in the Clinic's web chat (Jasmine).
• Send an SMS to the Clinic's published phone number first. Your inbound message constitutes opt-in for the resulting conversation.

3. Message frequency, costs, and carriers

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and inquiries. A typical user receives between 1 and 8 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Bloma does not charge you for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you per message or as part of your plan. Contact your carrier for details.

Bloma uses Twilio Inc. as its SMS carrier. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How to opt out and get help

Reply STOPto any SMS message to unsubscribe from that Clinic's messaging program. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not be sent further messages from that Clinic. Other accepted opt-out keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.

Reply HELPfor assistance. You will receive a reply with the program name, the Clinic's contact information, and a link to this page. You may also email hello@bloma.ai.

Reply START (or YES, UNSTOP) to re-subscribe after opting out.

5. Platform terms

By using a website operated through Bloma, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only and not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
• Use the SMS or chat program to send unsolicited messages, spam, or abusive content

6. AI-generated responses

Some replies you receive through web chat, SMS, or voice may be generated by Jasmine, an AI assistant operated by Bloma on the Clinic's behalf. Jasmine handles general scheduling and informational questions. Clinical advice, diagnosis, and treatment decisions are made only by the Clinic's licensed practitioners. If you need medical attention, please contact the Clinic directly or call your local emergency number.

7. No medical advice

Information provided by Bloma or by AI agents operating on the Bloma platform is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a licensed practitioner for clinical questions. Acupuncture and traditional medicine treatments are provided by the Clinics, not by Bloma.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Bloma platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloma is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any SMS or AI communication.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
